We love taking seniors to smelly back city alleys, make them ride their ripstick, and sit in dirt and pose like a supermodel. Zac and his parents were totally up for this. Here are just a few that they ordered from his session, with the exception of the man with the cane. He was pretty interested in riding Zac's ripstick though.

What is the name of your business: Tiny Impressions

Please explain a little bit about your product/business and how you developed the concept behind it: I make ceramic hand and foot prints. I actually had my child done from someone in California. And thought that it would be something that I could do. So I invested in what I needed and taught myself..... and practiced on my own children for about 6 months until I had something I liked.

What makes your product/business so unique? Everyone wants to hold onto something that is special and timeless. Capturing handprints of any child from birth till any age, is special. I enjoy what I do, and shows in my work. I have my own shapes and sizes with my own designs.

What do you love the most about being your own boss? I get to be home with my children. I can work around my boys schedule. What do you dislike the most? The inconsistent paycheck

What is the hardest part or have been some of your struggles starting your own business? I had this vision that when I left my JOB, to stay home and work; that I would have dinner on the table every night, the house spotless, and the kids on a steady consistent schedule everyday. But its not quite like that :)

On any given day, what makes you smile? 1st - being able to take and pick my kids at school. Even though its cool to ride the bus, its much cooler to have a Mommy that is home. 2nd- When my customers pick up their handprint, the look on their face. I have given them something that they will cherish forever. I have gave them a memory that they will always beable to look back on. And that is a nice feeling.

How many children do you have. What are their ages? What were their ages when you started your business? I have 2 adventerous boys - John Jr is 8 and Joey is 6 years old. When I started Tiny Impressions, they were 2 1/2 and almost 1.

What is your favorite vacation spot? Hawaii

Favorite place to have dinner with the family: Red Robin and fav place to dine without the kids: Nora's Cuisine

Las Vegas Children's Photographer - Little Dancer

Here is a sneak peek from this little dancer's session. She was so sweet and full of life when we did her shoot. The coral color her mom dressed her in was a big hit and worked out great with the background. I can't wait for mom to see all of her images next week.

Chelsea and Jamie were so much fun at our Chicks Who Click Workshop. Thanks to them we were able to get some amazing shots in the canyon.

There is nothing harder than being a mom and starting your own business. I have been very lucky to have built a business that I LOVE through great clientele and word of mouth. I knew someday I would love going to work! In fact, I love it so much, I don’t consider it work.

Las Vegas Photographer - Los Prados Craft and Gift Fair

This past Saturday I had a booth at the Los Prados Golf Club. This was put on by Tina Marie from Sin City Beachwear

There were over 30 vendors there with a ton of great products.
I had a great time and met a bunch of real nice people. I am looking forward to using some of my new products that I purchased. It will be fun to do another show in the future.

Las Vegas Photographer - My son's project

Well it was that time of the year again. My son actually came to me for help with his school project. He had to do the basic poster, listing favorite things such as food, movie, place, book etc....he also needed a few images for his board. This purple hat and sunglasses (which he keeps borrowing from his older brother) are his new style. Needless to say, he is quite a colorful child. These were just a few of the image that went on his project. The last image is from December.

I just love shooting on location, especially when I have such a pretty subject like Cynthia. This meadow is so pretty no matter what time of the year it is. New Gallery Space - Las Vegas Photographer

Well it was a huge leap to take but I am really happy that I did...I signed my very first lease for space in this building. I walk right out to those little putting greens...how cool is that? Mountain Views and the Durango Hills Golf Club right beyond the putting green....so exciting.

Me and my photographer friend, Adam from Artistic Imaging will be sharing this gallery space for at least the next year. We have shot many weddings and photo sessions together as a team and thought it would be a great time to take it up a notch or 2 with this beautiful space. I can't wait to start my promotions for making a hole in one. I think this idea of Adam's was great.

Some people may think this is crazy for 2 photographers to share this space, but we really don't.

Adam will specialize in weddings and corporate events and I will specialize in children, high school senior and family portraits with Dragonfly Portrait Design.

I can't wait for my clients to walk into this lobby entrance that has this beautiful 2 story water curtain and a fabulous receptionist to greet our clients. Conference rooms are available as well as drinks from our galley area. Did I mention how awesome this will be?

Laura's Sweet 16 Shoot

Laura's shoot was truly a once in a lifetime type of shoot. This is for her huge sweet 16 celebration that will take place later this year in New York. Yes!!! she came all this way to have her photos taken by me...what a huge honor.

From downtown to Mandalay Bay, this limo ride and shoot was a blast. We even snuck one surprise location in too. I couldn't resist the frosted glass with the patterns that we found.

Las Vegas Photographer- Jessica and Mike's wedding

Jessica made such a beautiful bride. Her and her girls all got ready at Mandalay Bay before heading over to Cili in the Limo. It was so nice getting to know her and her groom Mike over the course of the day. They are a perfect fit for each other and I wish them many, many years of happiness.
